Over here in London, it’s January and we are in full lockdown, and you don’t need me to remind you that the Covid-19 numbers are not looking good.

Lately I've been involved in a series of viewing tours in which my client expressed with exasperation “how do I choose?”

The reality of where we are is difficult to ignore… while also being difficult to grasp.

On Tuesday August 4th 2020, I was celebrating my 50th birthday in London, when my other hometown Beirut was hit by one of the worst explosions in living memory.

Since the market has reopened, my UK-based clients have started to resurface after a long period of forced inactivity.
