We do not exclusively look for off-market properties, despite their allure, but instead pride ourselves on unearthing gems, some of which may have been sat on the market undiscovered. Our role is to deliver what you need, at the right price, alleviating any stress, and ensuring that the acquisition is money well spent. If we can’t add value, we respectively step away. We work for you, and when you retain us, we never take fees from the seller or the agent.

Karim founded Homes One in 2005 after working in Prime Central London property for several years prior. From Marylebone to Kensington, Karim knows the bones of these boroughs and has a talent for unearthing gems. Having grown up in Kensington, returning to the area to live with his wife and son, and having been educated at Westminster School and UCL, he comes with an extensive network of invaluable professional advisors and industry professionals, as well as an intimate knowledge of London.
His entrepreneurial spirit, reliability, partnered with his imperturbable approach to negotiations, has secured his irrefutable reputation as one of the top buying agents in London. Specialising in high-end transactions, investments and residential developments, his aim is not to forge transient relationships, which is why many of his clients continue to work with him when looking to expand their property portfolios long after their first transaction.
