Once you are completely satisfied with a property, and want to move towards purchase, we will commence our extensive due diligence to research the property. We will then start to negotiate the price on your behalf. Unlike estate agents, who work for the seller, our role as your adviser means we work exclusively for you, using all our skill and experience to ensure that the lowest possible price is achieved.
When a price has been agreed that is satisfactory to you, we will then do everything we can to ensure a smooth and thorough transaction takes place, taking all the stress and strain of dealing with exchange and completion off your shoulders. We will source and liaise with surveyors, solicitors and other necessary third parties, whilst keeping you constantly updated on progress. We will use our experience to guide you through what can be a very complicated and confusing process.
During the transaction and after completion we will act as a one stop point of contact for all the various related issues that will come up when purchasing and owning a property in London.
